A dry microfiber cloth will work best because it can grip the label and pull it off. A wine label is like a sticker, so it will work the same way. If when peal off the sticker and more glue residue is remaining, just add some more goo gone and wipe it off.

To use it on your wine bottle, you will need to pour some on it or wet microfiber cloth and blot the wine label until the label is wet.
