Step 1. Get a bottle of baby oil or even olive oil and pour a generous amount into the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together for one minute so that the oil can be absorbed faster. Let your hands stay like this for 5 minutes.

Once the 5 minutes are up, you can start to pick the glue off your hands the oil will soften the glue and also the areas that it was sticking to on your hand, which will make it easier to come off.
