Soaking your clothes that have a cigarette smell on it is the best possible way to get rid of the odor. Many people add fabric softener or detergent to the soaking process, but if you do that the baking soda will absorb the fabric softener smell instead of the cigarette smell in the clothes.

All you need to do in this step is to place the clothes in the water you just made with the baking soda and mix around the clothes a little in it. Once you did that you can leave the clothes in the water for 4-5 hours to properly soak.

Step 3: Washing The Clothes:

Once the 4 – 5 hours have gone. You now need to take the clothes out of the cleaning container and dump the water and fill it with fresh clean water. Dip the clothes in the fresh water and rub the clothes together with your hands for a few minutes.
