Two Minutes Microwaved Baked Chocolate Chip Coconut flake Muffin

Sharing is caring!

For all the people out there that like baked goods but hate to bake, this recipe is for you. I know everyone has a craving for something sweet and delicious, but they don’t have any baked goods in the house, or maybe your child is continuously asking you for a muffin.

This recipe is super easy to do, and I’m 100% sure that you will have 99% of the ingredients at home. Some of the items I used are optional. I use them because I like the flavor it gives. All the necessary ingredients needed will be listed.

The Ingredients

1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1 & 1/2 Tablespoon Butter

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

3 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips

1 Large Egg

1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour

1 Pinch Of Ground NutMeg

1 Tablespoon Coconut Flake

1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

It will take 6 minutes in total to prepare and bake it. 4 minutes for prep and 2 minutes microwave time.

1] First thing you need to do is melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds in the mug. The reason for 30 seconds is to make sure that it is totally melted to not have any hard butter remaining.

2] Add the 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar to the melted butter. Mix well until it blends with the butter.

3] Add the egg to the butter and sugar and whisk it for 20 seconds.

4] Measure out the flour in a measuring cup. For a better taste, sieve the flour with a stainer, then add the salt, baking soda, 1 TableSpoon Coconut Flake and the Chocolate chips along with these 3 items, whichever one you like.

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extra

2 Pinches Of Ground Cinnamon

1 Pinch Of Ground NutMeg

Sieving The Floor

Everything Mixed With The Floor

5] I used the 1 pinch of Ground NutMeg, 2 pinches of Ground Cinnamon,1 TableSpoon Coconut Flake and the 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice. The lemon juice is to help with the smell and taste of the egg. Now that you did all that, mix together what you just added to the flour and then pour it in the mug with the rest of the ingredients.

6] Mix well until you see no more floor, then place it in the microwave for 2 minutes, and then it is done. I recommend letting it cool and add some whipped cream on it.

This is what the texture looks like when done.

(Note) I use a mug that holds 2 cups of water. That is 16.9 oz of water, so you can use this as a reference to what size mug to use.
